Diploma in Hotel Management

The Gesto Diploma in Hotel Management is a comprehensive course which meets the needs of the Industry.  The students are trained for 500 hours in each of the four major departments namely: Food Production; Food and beverage service, Front Office and Accommodation Operations. There is also focus given to Personality development and communication skills development. Team Building and Personality Building along with Etiquette Classes help the students groom themselves to the demands of the Industry.

There are immense opportunities before the student. It begins with the Internship where the student gets an opportunity to train at a 5-star deluxe hotel within or outside the state. This training in different departments each month makes it easier for the student to decide on which department they would pursue as a career. Upon successful completion of the Internship, the student is eligible to work at a 5-star hotel either as an apprentice or in an Associate position.

Opportunities found in hospitality-related Industries like Aviation, Tourism, retail, and customer-care. Through the student’s entrepreneurship and leadership skills allows the students to venture into independent businesses in the Catering sector.
