The Food Production Course is a 6 months certification course which includes training at the college for 6 months where the student learns about the basics of Food Production wherein theory and practical classes are conducted which touch upon the basics of different vegetables and herbs, spices, meats, fruits and how to use them in multi cuisines is taught. The course also includes 6 months training at a star hotel in the Food Production department.

Certification in Food and Beverage Service

The Food and Beverage Service and Bartending Course is a 6 months certification course which includes training at the college for 6 months where the student learns about the basics of Food and Beverage Service as well as Bartending along with it wherein theory and practical classes are conducted. The student is taught the basic Cocktails and Mocktails during the course. The course also includes 6 months training at a star hotel in the Food and Beverage Service department.

Certification in Housekeeping & Front Office

The Housekeeping & Front Office Course is a 6 months certification course which includes training at the college for 6 months where the student learns the basics of Housekeeping like Bed-making, manual cleaning, flower arrangement, towel folds, etc. wherein theory and practical classes are conducted. It also includes 6 months training at a star hotel in the Housekeeping department. The student also learns about Front Office wherein theory and practical classes are conducted. It also includes 6 months training at a star hotel in the Front Office department.

Certification in Bakery and Patisserie

The Bakery and Patisserie Course is a 6 months certification course which includes training at the college for 6 months where the student learns the courses typically cover the basics of baking, such as measuring ingredients, mixing dough, and baking breads and cakes etc, wherein theory and practical classes are conducted. It also includes 6 months training at a star hotel in the Bakery and Patisserie department. The student also learns about Bakery and Patisserie wherein theory and practical classes are conducted. It also includes 6 months training at a star hotel in the Bakery and Patisserie department.
