Students at Gesto have three well-equipped kitchens to put their skills into practice. At our Basic Training Kitchen, aspiring chefs can acquire and develop the basic culinary skills. At our Quantity Training Kitchen, students get an opportunity to cook in large quantities daily. This would help them understand industrial/volume catering.
Our Advanced Training Kitchen allows students to explore the culinary traditions of the many regions/countries of the world along with indigenous flavour combinations of India. At our Bakery Unit, students can learn the art and science of baking and confectionery.Front Office/Reception has a well- equipped desk with reservation system and sample records to give the students a simulation of handling Front Office operations. Housekeeping facility houses a tastefully designed model guestroom to give the students a feel of five star ambiences. The department also has a well equipped laundry and linen room
